Ralph Harrison, founder and CEO of Harrison Caterers (The Original Omelette Man), has made a television appearance with the world famous Oprah Winfrey, teaching her the fine arts of making the perfect omelet. Each of his staff of caterers in Maryland is no stranger to the television as well, having appeared on Baltimore television on the Sharon Lee and Tim Williams Saturday morning show as well as having been seen many times with Ron Matz.
In the fine business of breakfast catering, having catered thousands of special events since 1965, and having served tens of thousands of clients, we will come to you and make your event wonderful and special as well. We can work our omelette catering magic in any kind of location, indoor or outdoor.
The Original Omelette Man started his catering in the Baltimore area, but became so popular that the word spread to other counties, and over the years, word has spread to other states. He will travel up to 100 miles from Baltimore to cater an event. Times have changed since he first started his business, but his work ethics have not. Paying attention to the small details of his clients' needs have made his business what it is today.
